Here is a review on the process and what to do differently if you want to recreate this look

Normally, I have very oily skin and in the past when I would use Ben Bye clown white, it was very creamy and my oil would cause it to melt a little. So this time, I took that precaution by adding a mattifying face primer before adding the Mehron clown white. I actually wish I hadn't done that. Mehron has a more matte type of finish so that combined with the primer made my skin feel extra dry and texture became very visible. When I used it again, I will use a more moisturizing primer. The makeup also made my fine lines more apparent too, which made me feel old. This will be better next time when I use more moisturizing primer on my face. They fine lines were blurred a bit once I put on the It Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores loose powder. This powder is great at blurring imperfections but can be a bit drying, so if you have dry skin, I would recommend spraying some rose water on your face after applying the powder.
When applying the hair chalk and using two different colors, I recommend using two sets of gloves as not to contaminate the two different colors on the hair. You will see me do this on my video, however, I should've left the gloves on a bit longer when drying and fixing my hair because the chalk got on my hands. It was easily washed off with soap and water though. The chalk made my hair very dry, not sure how to avoid this next time, but using the Bed Head smoothing cream after styling my hair did help with frizz and to add a bit of moisture back into my hair. Amazon says that this hair chalk should wash out after one washing; this wasn't the case for me. It took me two separate washes for it to come out completely. Disclaimer: my hair holds color extremely well, like more so than anyone else I know, so this may not happen to you. I also didn't mind having a bit of fun color left in my hair for a bit, because I am that type of artsy person. I used to have a dyed pink strip in my hair for over a year in college and I loved every second of it!

Eyeshadows I used some high end eye shadow palettes to create this look. Don't let that intimidate you from recreating this yourself. You can find some perfectly pigmented drug store eye shadows that will get the job done just fine. All you really need is a hot pink, maybe two different shades of blue and a black (if you want to make it a bit smokey like I did). Using a white eye crayon or an eye crayon that matches closely to your eye shadow colors will not only increase the longevity of your eye shadow, but will make it "pop" or look more pigmented.

Costume For my outfit, I used an old pair of soffe shorts, fish net hose, a t-shirt from amazon Harley Quinn shirt, some knee-high bright socks, sneakers and charcoal stud earrings.
